A mixed programme of housing, workspaces, commercial premises and amenities. There are two architectural languages: the first one grows in height vertically, the other comprises the "fingers" that grow horizontally. From these fingers (the dynamic part of the project with offices and temporary accommodation) rise the tower blocks (the static part with the largest volume of the private spaces). The "slender" housing and bioclimatic tower blocks are situated above an industrial carpet.
